Jiangsu Simand Electric Co., Ltd was founded in August, 1989. It is a leading manufacturer to research, produce and assemble different kinds of electric control panel for household appliance by MCU. Main products include household electrical appliances, IT periphery and automobile electronics etc three fields. We started to cooperate with American Whirlpool (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, Samsung Electronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd and produce computerized controller of washing machine for them in 1989; and provide PCBA and computer peripherals to BenQ Suzhou Co., Ltd, and Darfon Suzhou Co., Ltd, in 1996; we started to produce automotive electronics in 2006, main products are sensor, audio interface and other components for automotive.
Jiangsu Simand Electric Co., Ltd, which located at No.111 Kangyuan Road, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou, China. It have convenient traffic and transportation, 2km away from the entrance of Sujiahang highway, 0.5km from 227 province road, 3km from Suyuzhang highway, 3km from Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway. Our company covers 69,000 square meters including 40,000 square meters of factory building. We have more than 1100 employees, 108 of which are technicians.
The company has complete manufacturing equipments to produce PCBA, including Panasonic Auto Insertion Machine, Panasonic Dispenser, Full-auto DEK solder printing, Panasonic SMT production line, lead-free wave soldering lines, Assembling lines, etc. Our company has the ability to produce mass products and we are a leading manufacturer in this career. At the same time, we have the advanced inspection machines to detect every product to guarantee every quality, such as ICT, FPT, AOI, X-RAY, EDX-720 lead free tester, etc.
We gained ISO 9001 certification of SGS in Sep, 1998. We introduced lead-free manufacturing process and passed the certification of Samsung Environmental Management & Restricted Substance Control System in March, 2005. Our company introduced ISO 14000 Environmental Management System in 2005 and gained the certification in 2007, we get TS16949 certification of SGS in 2008.
